Extended to cover an area of over 3000 square meters, the space dedicated to the production process (250sqm) occupies two buildings that include the bottling – both glass bottles and wineboxes – and the packaging lines, a laboratory for chemical and microbiological analyses, and the technical tasting area (75sqm).
The cellar, spread over two floors with a total of circa 700sqm, includes the winemaking area; spaces for receiving, crushing, destemming and soft pressing grapes; filtration and fermentation areas and storage for up to 17000 HL of wine.
Attached to the cellar is the structure that hosts the admin and sales offices (200sqm).
