Extended to cover an area of over 3000 square meters, the space dedicated to the production process (250sqm) occupies two buildings that include the bottling \u2013 both glass bottles and wineboxes \u2013 and the packaging lines, a laboratory for chemical and microbiological analyses, and the technical tasting area (75sqm).<\/p>\n
The cellar, spread over two floors with a total of circa 700sqm, includes the winemaking area; spaces for receiving, crushing, destemming and soft pressing grapes; filtration and fermentation areas and storage for up to 17000 HL of wine.<\/p>\n
