Extended to cover an area of over 3000 square meters, the space dedicated to the production process (250sqm) occupies two buildings that include the bottling \u2013 both glass bottles and wineboxes \u2013 and the packaging lines, a laboratory for chemical and microbiological analyses, and the technical tasting area (75sqm).<\/p>\n

The cellar, spread over two floors with a total of circa 700sqm, includes the winemaking area; spaces for receiving, crushing, destemming and soft pressing grapes; filtration and fermentation areas and storage for up to 17000 HL of wine.<\/p>\n

Attached to the cellar is the structure that hosts the admin and sales offices (200sqm).<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

On these two buildings we installed photovoltaic panels that produce more than 90 KWh of renewable power, enabling our business to be energetically self-sufficient.<\/p>\n

Keeping our commitment to sustainability more recently a third building was erected, using biocompatible materials, in which to welcome our visitors and guests. They may go on to experience wine tastings that incorporate smell, sight, taste, touch and hearing in our Multisensorial Room, or take part in other events planned on the roof garden terrace (200sqm) on the first floor, or the terrace with infinity swimming pool (450sqm) on the fourth floor.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In this building\u2019s other wing you will find a sales area on the first floor and, hidden from guests, the warehouse where our finished products are stored.<\/p>\n

In the underground part of the structure there is our thermo-conditioned warehouse (over 600sqm), used for the storage of finished products and raw materials, and the barrel room with over 200 French oak barriques which connects to the barrel cellar via an underground tunnel.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
